Little Moves is a simple activity logging and reminder app. It helps users record small physical activities, review their history, and receive gentle reminders to move throughout the day.
The app is intended for general informational and productivity purposes only.
You agree to use Little Moves only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not interfere with the app’s operation or misuse any part of the service.
You are responsible for how you use the app and for any decisions you make based on the information shown in it.
Little Moves is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
Always use your own judgment and, where appropriate, consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting, changing, or stopping any physical activity routine.
Little Moves stores activity logs and settings locally on your device. Restoring a subscription does not restore activity history on a new device. If you want to keep local history when changing devices, you may need to restore your phone from a device backup.
Little Moves may offer optional Pro features through Apple’s In-App Purchase system.

Pricing and subscription options shown in the app at the time of purchase are the controlling terms for your subscription.
Purchase processing, billing, and refund handling are managed by Apple under Apple’s terms and policies. Little Moves may provide a restore purchases feature so you can recover access to previously purchased Pro features tied to the same Apple account.
Little Moves, including its content, design, branding, and software, is owned by the developer or licensed to the developer and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may use the app for your personal, non-commercial use only.
Little Moves is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
The developer does not guarantee that the app will always be available, error-free, or meet your specific expectations.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the developer will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, business, or goodwill arising from or related to your use of Little Moves.
The developer may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue Little Moves or any of its features at any time.
These Terms may be updated from time to time. If they change, the updated version will be posted with a revised “Last updated” date. Your continued use of Little Moves after the updated Terms are posted means you accept the revised Terms.
